3M is a company responsible for a number of well known home and industrial brands. From Scotch tape to Post It notes, to Cuno Filters, they are a very varied technology corporation. Our lives would be very different without many of these household and commercial products at our disposal.

The water filtration systems they create, for example, offer clean water for us both when we need it at home and when we eat out at restaurants. Cuno water is used in food services. It can provide purified carbonated and non-carbonated beverage while reducing service costs for businesses.

And that's only just the beginning of their importance. For any major building or water facility, they are also crucial in keeping water lines free of disease. Think about how our lives would be had our main water lines not been sanitized? That is definitely something we take for granted. From solution tanks to ultraviolet water treatment systems, we need filters that kill germs and bacteria at a microbiological level.

Without having filters like these installed in our buildings we would be living much less healthy lifestyles. Remembering that this kind of technology exists and that we should take advantage of the developing benefits they provide, we are going to continually improve the conditions by which we live.
