Staying Refreshed With Max Pro

Max Pro has helped me maintain my habit of drinking water on a daily basis.  I do not drink coffee, energy drinks, or any kind of soda.  I only really drink water.  On the rare occasion I buy bottled water - as part of a meal or something - once I finish its contents I reuse the bottle as often as I can.  Doing this allows me to maintain my habit of drinking water as well as helping the environment by lessening my carbon footprint and recycling in my own way.  I do this by simply going to my kitchen sink, turning on the tap, and filling the bottle with water that has been filtered using Max Pro.

Part of the reason I use a filtration system is because I can barely stand the taste of normal, every day tap water.  I just cannot bare to drink it.  I mean, if I really had to I could but the strong taste of chlorine is something that does not sit well with me.  Ask me to do it on a daily basis and I would be unable to.

Musing On An Oasis Water Cooler

"Hey man, what is going on?"

"Nothing much except it looks like our old water cooler is busted."

"That is not good. You have any idea what is wrong with it?"

"Nope. Not at all."

"Is there any way to fix it?"

"I have no idea how to fix it; in fact I do not think any one else here has any idea either."

"So what now?"

"The boss wants to get a new Oasis water cooler for the office."

"Sounds fancy."

"It is. As a matter of fact, the boss wants us to get two."

"Wow, he is really going all out."

"True enough."

"Also, the Oasis cooler has a built-in refrigerator attached to it. It has 0.7 cubic feet capacity and can hold up 36 cans of whatever beverages we want. Obviously we can also use it to store everybody's lunches; that is part of the reason why the boss wants to get two for the office."

"That makes sense. Besides, the big office fridge we got is almost always full."

"I agree.  Speaking of which, that fridge needs to be cleaned out by the end of the day..."

"Not it!"

Hydrating With An Oasis Water Dispenser

Five days a week I go to the gym.  It is something I enjoy doing and find it hard to skip even one day.  That said, if for whatever reason I have to skip a day I always make up for it on another day.  Naturally durign the course of a workout I have to keep myself hydrated and the best way to do that is by using the gym's Oasis water dispenser, which they have installed next to the men and women's locker rooms.  While I sometimes bring my own water from my house, using their water dispenser is convenient.

As veteran gym participants know, you have to keep yourself hydrated so as to not hurt yourself while working out.  The last thing you want to have happen is to be so dehydrated that you black out.  And the worse thing that could happen would be to pass out around heavy weights and equipment.  If a person does not bring their own water or liquids from home, they have the Oasis water dispenser to ensure they do not find themselves without water and at risk of getting severely hurt.

I am thankful that water dispensers are common in gyms as much as medicine balls are; if not, we would have a whole slew of problems.

Refreshing Myself with 3m Water

As I write this I have a bottle of 3m water filtered through the tap from my kitchen sink.  I took a a second to grab a couple swigs of crisp, clean water from the water bottle and continue to write.  There is something about the cold taste of water that I love; I have no doubts that I am not the only one who feels this way.  I honestly do not know if there is anything like what clean, cool water tastes like.
