Choosing a Water Filter For Your Family

You need to consider several things when you are going to purchase a water filter for your household. This isn't just about drinking water anymore. Your house may need more than lessening the chlorine taste and odor.

What is the water filtration primarily for? If you intend to use it in multiple rooms, like kitchen and bathrooms then you may also want to soften the quality of the water in the shower. Certain appliances may use water reserves. The dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer all utilize the water lines. In a case like this you might ask to get filtered Cuno water throughout the entire house by connecting the filter to the central water main. However if you're perfectly fine with just fixing the tap water, maybe an Everpure water filter for the faucet or under the sink is enough.

Water contaminants come in various forms and nuisances. Get a water testing kit so you know exactly what the quality your water is. Once you know, you can research the best options for solving the problem. The different filter techniques will target specific issues with the quality of the water in your home. Some will solve more problems than others.

Why Choose Everpure Water Filtration?

Everpure water filters have been around for 75 years. The brand is well established in the food industry and is used by Coca Cola, Starbucks, and Walt Disney World. Thus, it stands to reason that the quality you get from using an everpure water filter is unmatched.

Everpure water filtration systems ensure contaminants, minerals, and other water ruining substances are removed for fresh taste and clarity. Using these filters can help companies become less dependent on bottled water, which is harmful to the environment. Plastic does not quickly break down and making the bottles requires extre energy consumption and contributes to greenhouse gasses.

With Everpure you never have to worry about these problems. You also do not need to worry about the water ruining any equipment. Filtered water will increase the life of your equipment and there's a much greater chance it will run smoothly. All you have to do is find replacement cartridges periodically. It's really that simple.

So, make the switch today. You'll be happy you did. It will save you effort, save you stress, and even save you money.

Everpure Water Everywhere, So Let's All Have A Drink

“Water, water, everywhere but not a drop to drink.” That old idiom has been on our lips for years. It is of course derived from people who made their lives on the sea. The water was everywhere but thirsty as they were it was sea water, sure to do more harm than good.

Today this phrase is rarely taken literally but perhaps we should rethink that. The opportunities for things to arrive in our water that don't belong there, both in tap water and bottled water, are infinite. Companies dump chemicals in different water supplies, the government can only do so much to protect us from this. Same goes for average citizens. Just last week I saw a shopping cart barely floating in a reservoir that provides water for my whole town. A shopping cart! That can't be good.

This is why an Everpure water filter or Aqua Pure filters are something you should look into, for your own sake as well as your family's. We're not here to sugar coat this, bad things happen to water supplies and there is only so much control average citizens might exert on these incidences. Filtering your water is simply a way to protect you and your own.

Clear Everpure Water

There is nothing quite like a cool clear glass of water on a hot summery day. In case you did not notice summer is here and the heat is rising. When you want to feel a refreshing glass of water pass through your lips wouldn't you prefer the crystal clear glass an Everpure water filter can provide to that cloudy glass from the tap?

Let's face it, when water is cloudy you can taste it and even worse you can feel it. The whole texture of an unfiltered glass of water just tastes wrong to me. Compare that to a glass of Everpure water, which is perfect in look, texture and taste, the difference is unbelievable. Anyone who would argue against the wisdom of a filtered glass of water has obviously never bothered to compare one to an unfiltered glass.

On a hot summer day, when what you really care about is having something cool and refreshing to drink it is incredibly satisfying to just look at that clear glass of water. It is something like a miracle after decades of cloudy, worrisome water to finally see the real thing. It is nothing short of revelatory.

Bottled Water Price Increase Looms

Do you buy a bottle of water every time you go to the gym or do something on a hot day out doors. If you do you better hold on to your hat, not to mention your wallet, cause I am about to blow your mind. Nestle Waters North America, the largest water company in North America with $4.2 billion in sales in 2010, plans to raise their prices by 10%. The bottler of such popular brands as Poland Spring contends that the price increase is due to a 40% increase in the cost of plastic. They also suggest that increasing competition has actually reduced the bottled water price by 35% over the last decade, suggesting that now is time for a price increase.

At this blog of course we know better. With an Everpure water filter and a trusted canteen you never have to worry about the steep incline of water prices to come. With Everpure water the tap is an endless wellspring of fresh clean drinking water. Bottled water is getting cost prohibitive. Even if you cannot admit that this filtered water beats Poland Spring surely having an extra $15 or $20 in your pocket every week is nothing to turn your nose at. This is the kind of reliable life long water a filter is here to offer.

Private Water Wells May Not Always Be Safe

On the face of it, being a private well owner seems like a safe way to control the water that you and your family drink, cook with and bath in. However, it is beginning to appear like this self sufficient solution could be even more susceptible to getting toxins and other unwanted chemicals than publicly supported and regulated water supplies. Recently there was discovery of naturally occurring arsenic and uranium in several drinking wells in and around central Massachusetts.

This is troubling and just another reason why no matter where your water comes from you should be running it through an Everpure Water Filter, an Oasis Dispenser, or another accredited water filtration system. We are all very aware of how easily our publicly dispensed water can be tampered with. We also know how many horrible toxins occur naturally in our water supply. These problems are even more apparent in self run drinking wells. so if you are currently drinking out of a privately owned well you owe it to your family and yourself to begin filtering that water.

Federal guidelines for arsenic and uranium in potable water have been set to ensure our safety. Knowing that safety has been compromised is scary and we must be vigilante in protecting the water that we drink every day. Our safety and health are counting on it.

Put Down the Soda, Pick Up Everpure Water

If you have found yourself on a New York City subway recently, you might have found yourself shocked by grotesque posters acting as a public service announcement against drinking soda and sugary supposed "juice" drinks. The ad featured the cutting tagline: "Are You Pouring On The Pounds?" Various bottled beverages, obviously labeled to skirt the legal line of not naming specific big name beverages, are pictured along with horrifying human fat foaming or pouring out of the bottles. The ads are a stark reminder of the horrible health consequences of a sugary drink addiction.

Sugary beverages are a troublesome presence in our every day life. The signs for those big name beverage pushers are the wallpaper of our cities and are featured wall to wall on television. These companies have kids hooked. Some experts have begun to think that our sugary soft drink addiction could potentially be as damaging to our collective health as smoking. This is a troubling fact given how normalized daily soda drinking is for so many Americans.

Luckily there is a simple solution: Drink more water and encourage children around you to do the same. An Everpure Water Filter can do wonders for your desire to drink water, making a clean and refreshing glass of water every time. With Everpure water in the house all the time, you'll soon find your family reaching for the faucet instead of something unhealthy. Cutting back sugary drinks will assure your family a happier healthier lifestyle. Can you afford to not do this?

Why Wait for Your City Council To Get Clean Water?

Lately, many people have been talking about pipes. It seems that even though water systems may be working appropriately, it is the pipes that are corrosive and slowly chip away, only to leave your water filled with materials you don't want to be drinking.

If you live in New York City and have ever tried to open the water flow in your shower, you have probably even been able to smell the metallic water that comes out during the first seconds of flow. Drinking water in major cities suffers from the same problem. But fixing the water system in a large city like New York is close to impossible. The city is able to fix specific problems in the water system but cannot replace the entire grid, even though its been around for many years. Some of the grid is literately crumbling as many experts suggest, but replacing it can cost millions for a city that is suffering from major budget cuts.

That's why there's no need for us to wait until they decide to fix the water system. You can help yourself and save a lot of money by getting some aqua pure filters. There are actually more than one option for filtering your necessary daily intake of water. An Everpure water filter can also help you get clean, affordable water without having to wait for city councils to approve any budget costs.

How Much Everpure Water Should We Drink Daily?

When it comes to drinking water, they say you’re supposed to drink 8 glasses daily. It helps if it’s Everpure of Aqua Pure water. And that’s if you’re sitting at your desk without exercising. This is according to how much water your body uses daily, if you want to keep your fluid level around 60%. But the Institute of Medicine recommends that men drink more water than women, about 13 cups daily compared to the roughly 9 women should drink.

But if you drink enough so that you rarely are thirsty and your urine isn’t too yellow, you’d probably be able to get by on about six cups Everpure water daily. If you are exercising or sweating during the day, then you should drink an additional 1.5 to 2.5 cups of water, unless you’re exercising for longer than an hour, which necessitates serious replenishment in the form of the sodium found in sports drinks.

If you live in hot weather or a heated indoor environment, you may need to increase moisture by drinking more water. And if you live on a mountain above 8,200 feet, you will also need to drink more than normal.

Although it’s possible to drink too much water, hyponatremia usually only happens to marathon runners. Food and all beverages, including tea and coffee, contain water, but they shoudn’t count for a main portion of your daily water intake. So keep sipping and remember, stay hydrated and stay healthy.

Aqua Pure is Better

When you drink tap water it’s like eating processed food. How would you feel if you ate cold cuts, hot dogs, Wonder bread and sausages all the time? When instead of a rounded diet you have empty carbs and hormone- packed meat? You’d probably begin to feel bloated, greasy, unhealthy, maybe even like you have the beginnings of a sore throat due to a lack of vitamins and minerals. Don’t do that to yourself when you could instead choose a healthy diet.

So why would you drink water that makes you feel the same way? Why have the taste of rust and gunk that comes from your pipes with all that extra air and bubbles, the feeling that you’re just as thirsty as before you drank that dirty water, when instead you can have an Everpure water filtration system? The clean, crisp light taste of fresh water is a great addition to your diet, and because it tastes so good, you will want to drink aqua pure all the time.

Aqua pure is so much better than aqua soiled. Don’t succumb to the ease of tap water, drink healthy and stay hydrated. Choose an Oasis water dispenser or Everpure water filtration and feel good about what you drink.
